Australian Catholic University was opened on 1 January 1991 following the amalgamation of four Catholic tertiary institutions in eastern Australia. They had their origins in the mid-1800s when religious orders and institutes became involved in preparing teachers for Catholic schools and, later, nurses for Catholic hospitals. Through a series of amalgamations, relocations, transfers of responsibilities, and diocesan initiatives, more than 20 historical entities have contributed to the creation of the university.  It has seven Australian campuses and also maintains a campus in Rome.

Established in 1946, ANU is the only university to have been created by the Parliament of Australia. It traces its origins to Canberra University College, which was established in 1929 and was integrated into ANU in 1960. ANU counts six Nobel laureates and 49 Rhodes scholars among its faculty and alumni. The university has educated two prime ministers and more than a dozen current heads of government departments in Australia.

Established in 1908 Academies Australasia has been operating for more than 112 years. It has a long and successful history in education – going back in excess of 50 years. Listed on the Australian Securities Exchange more than 43 years ago, it is Australia's longest listed education group.

Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) is a private hospitality management school in Montreux and Leysin, Switzerland. It trains students in the hotel and hospitality industries. SHMS is based in Caux Palace, a historic building with a history of hospitality. Built on the Caux Mount by Swiss architect Eugène Jost, it was inaugurated on July 7, 1902. The Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) was founded as a private hotel management school in Les Paccots in 1992. In 1995, the school moved to Caux Palace, located in Montreux.

Les Roches is a hospitality school founded in 1979. The École des Roches, an international boarding school for young people, was founded in 1954 by Messrs Clivaz. In 1979, "Les Roches International School" became “Les Roches Hotel and Tourism School". It was the first hospitality school in Switzerland to offer all courses in English. In 2016, they became Les Roches Global Hospitality Education. Les Roches Global Hospitality Education is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education.

The University of Wollongong traces its origins to 1951 when a Division of the then the New South Wales University of Technology was established in Wollongong. Ten years later the Division became the Wollongong College of the University of New South Wales and, in 1975, the University of Wollongong was incorporated by the Parliament of New South Wales as an independent institution. In 1982, the University amalgamated with the Wollongong Institute of Higher Education, which had begun life in 1962 as the Wollongong Teachers' College. The merger sparked a period of rapid growth for the University, and the emergence of a distinctive identity based on a personalized style and a reputation for excellence in teaching and research.

International Institute in Geneva (IIG) -- formerly known as International University in Geneva - IUN or IUG), founded in 1997, is a private business school in Geneva, Switzerland. The new name embodies our long-standing commitment to offering one or more specialties with specific professional orientations within an institution of higher learning. The business school is located in the International Centre Cointrin, next to Geneva Airport.

The University of Stirling is a public university in Stirling, Scotland, founded by royal charter in 1967. It is located in the Central Belt of Scotland, built within the walled Airthrey Castle estate.  In 2002, the University of Stirling and the landscape of the Airthrey Estate were designated by the International Council on Monuments and Sites as one of the UK's top 20 heritage sites of the 20th century. The university offers an MSc in Human Rights & Diplomacy, which is the only Human Rights and Diplomacy program in the world taught in partnership with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).

The University of Birmingham (informally Birmingham University) is a public research university located in Edgbaston, Birmingham, United Kingdom. It received its royal charter in 1900 as a successor to Queen's College, Birmingham (founded in 1825 as the Birmingham School of Medicine and Surgery), and Mason Science College (established in 1875 by Sir Josiah Mason), making it the first English civic or 'red brick' university to receive its own royal charter. It is a founding member of both the Russell Group of British research universities and the international network of research universities

The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management (EAHM) in Dubai is the first and only home-grown hospitality management university in the Middle East.  EAHM was licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research in 2001 for the delivery of Undergraduprogramsmmes. EAHM became an accredited member of The International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education in Australia in July 2011 for Undergraduate and Postgrad programs 2011. Four years later, EAHM became the first hospitality school in the world to receive the Green Globe Certification.

In August 1991 the International Management Institute was founded at the Hotel Waldstaetten in Weggis with 55 students. By 1995 180 students per semester were being taught at IMI. In 1997 the current campus was launched in Kastanienbaum. It is a private hospitality school offering programs from the foundation level to the Master of Science. The school has over 25 years of offering Swiss hospitality education and was named in the top 20 providers of hospitality management education in the 2019 QS rankings.

The university started with a progressive vision and uncommon ambition.RIT was born of an unlikely institutional marriage of an influential cultural association, the Rochester Athenaeum, founded in 1829, and a technical training school, the Mechanics Institute, founded in 1885. The institute adopted the name Rochester Institute of Technology in 1944 and was awarded its first bachelor of science degree in 1955. A 1961 decision to leave downtown Rochester for farmland in the suburban town of Henrietta put RIT on its path to pre-eminence as a global university. Today, the university’s reputation and reach go well beyond Rochester.

Murdoch University is a public university in Perth, Western Australia, with campuses also in Singapore and Dubai. It began operations as the state's second university on 25 July 1973 and accepted its first undergraduate students in 1975. Its name is taken from Sir Walter Murdoch. In 2018, Murdoch University was recognized as producing the most employable graduates of all Australian universities after 3 years of graduating from their courses. In 2019, the university ranked third in overall student satisfaction amongst all public universities in Western Australia.

Middlesex University London is a public research university in Hendon, northwest London, England. The name of the university is taken from its location within the historic county boundaries of Middlesex. The university's history can be traced to 1878 when its founding institute, St Katharine's College, was established in Tottenham as a teacher training college for women. Having merged with several other institutes, the university was consolidated into its current form in 1992. The university has been awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize three times and has twice received Queen's Award for Enterprise for its international work.

The Institute of Management Technology Dubai (IMT Dubai) is an international business school. It is certified by the Ministry of Higher Education, UAE; the Institute is licensed by MOHESR and KHDA, and all its programs are accredited by the CAA. Established in 2006, the Institute was among the first International Business Schools to have set up a full-fledged campus in Dubai. It offers accredited undergraduate and postgraduate programs to students from a multitude of nationalities and educational backgrounds.
