Australian Catholic University was opened on 1 January 1991 following the amalgamation of four Catholic tertiary institutions in eastern Australia. They had their origins in the mid-1800s when religious orders and institutes became involved in preparing teachers for Catholic schools and, later, nurses for Catholic hospitals. Through a series of amalgamations, relocations, transfers of responsibilities, and diocesan initiatives, more than 20 historical entities have contributed to the creation of the university. It has seven Australian campuses and also maintains a campus in Rome.

It traces its origins to Canberra University College, which was established in 1929 and was integrated into ANU in 1960. Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) is a private hospitality management school in Montreux and Leysin, Switzerland. It trains students in the hotel and hospitality industries. SHMS is based in Caux Palace, a historic building with a history of hospitality. Built on the Caux Mount by Swiss architect Eugène Jost, it was inaugurated on July 7, 1902. The Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) was founded as a private hotel management school in Les Paccots in 1992. In 1995, the school moved to Caux Palace, located in Montreux.

Les Roches is a hospitality school founded in 1979. The École des Roches, an international boarding school for young people, was founded in 1954 by Messrs Clivaz. In 1979, "Les Roches International School" became “Les Roches Hotel and Tourism School". It was the first hospitality school in Switzerland to offer all courses in English. In 2016, they became Les Roches Global Hospitality Education. Les Roches Global Hospitality Education is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education.

The University of Wollongong traces its origins to 1951 when a Division of the then the New South Wales University of Technology was established in Wollongong. Ten years later the Division became the Wollongong College of the University of New South Wales and, in 1975, the University of Wollongong was incorporated by the Parliament of New South Wales as an independent institution. In 1982, the University amalgamated with the Wollongong Institute of Higher Education, which had begun life in 1962 as the Wollongong Teachers' College. EAHM was licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research in 2001 for the delivery of Undergraduprogramsmmes. EAHM became an accredited member of The International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education in Australia in July 2011 for Undergraduate and Postgrad programs 2011. Middlesex University London is a public research university in Hendon, northwest London, England. The name of the university is taken from its location within the historic county boundaries of Middlesex. The university's history can be traced to 1878 when its founding institute, St Katharine's College, was established in Tottenham as a teacher training college for women. Having merged with several other institutes, the university was consolidated into its current form in 1992. The university has been awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize three times and has twice received Queen's Award for Enterprise for its international work.
